WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES DO WE
FOSTER ?
Most of the KYC's activities
are group activities. KYC's members can register to any available
activity that they wish to take part in.
Each activity is supervised by a trainer. The KYC has about
40 trainers and youth workers who all work on a volunteer basis.
Each adolescent benefits both from the contribution of the trainer
and the presence of its peers.
The kind of activities we foster can help youths in finding a
job and in improving their schooling. The members can also take
part in sports, culture, social and religious activities.
This promotes openness and well-being. The KYC also has permanent
activities : library, game room, video, sports, religious services,
inter-religious seminars, training of trainers, etc.. Off and
on, the KYC also organizes shows, conferences, concerts, tournaments
and other special events. |
